The Executive team values my opinion and sees the value I provide to the company. They are easy to work with, respectful and organized. They are very competent about their LOBs.

everyone is super friendly, and willing to help. I often pick up the phone and call teammates and peers to discuss work or ask for guidance and they are always willing to make time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not competitive with the market for my job duties. Benefits (specifically health insurance) is too expensive and not affordable 401k match at FMB is much lower than my prior employer (also a FI) FMB doesn't offer Pension, which I had at my prior employer
