Everyone gets a long pretty well, and have the same sense of humor.

They add new tasks to our job description every day, with no extra compensation to cover that responsibility.

My manager is hit or miss with her attitude day to day. I sometimes feel scared to come to work.

I feel like the frontline is paid way too little for the amount of things we do, and how much we are relied on.

I feel that without my function, it wouldnt be possible to run this bank. I would like to feel more appreciated in my work place.
