Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel like the employees that have stayed with the company through the pandemic should not be making the same wage as the new hires coming in or just slightly over. I have been with the company almost 5 years. there was not enough compensation or recognition for the frontline workers.
