I have been here for almost 19 years and have found where I plan to retire from. I enjoy my job and my fellow co workers. I have never had a bad experience with others that actually do their job and enjoy the same things as me.

FMB really is a family. I have worked in several departments and have always had the sense of belonging.

knowing that I have great peers and managers that care. We have a good time, but work hard at what we do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
FMB provides incentive for the HSA. That is a huge deal to me. Matching the 401K, I feel like the Vacation time and the Sick are fair.
