I love the company I work for. I love that every day is an opportunity for growth and development and FMB is very invested in that. I feel like I have a lot of support within my banking center from my manager and high ups. I am dissatisfied with the compensation.

A great solid hardworking team, positive energy and support all around. No negative attitudes and all about team work. Communication, Cooperation, Collaboration

They listen and they are really invested into your time as an employee and as well as your growth. They value your opinions and ideas
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we all know each other so well and have worked together for quite a bit. I do like each and every personality that they acquire.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company and culture are so diverse and they make you feel a part of the team and welcomed. no matter where you come from or background it doesn't matter here at FMB you are welcomed and accepted. I enjoy our resource groups.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay rates. Other banks are making well over what we are making and our base pay is not the best. I feel as though we are underpaid in many ways. A pay rate ASIDE FROM merit increases all across the board would be great. I don't want to feel like I am getting paid the same as someone under me.
