Very small team-just 2 of us. We communicate with each other regarding days off and vacations!

Just the fact that there is a compensation package even as I now work at a part time level

My new part time hours, after 11 years of full-time work with the same company-this is my semi-retired life!

I get to see everyone that comes thru the door! Speaking, a few minutes of chit chat...all very friendly.

There are only 2 of us and we report directly to just 2 more people. That keeps it small enough so that you get to know each other.

Interacting with all the people in my building-if it's just to smile and say hello or goodbye-everyone always smile back. That alone makes it worth it to come in everyday.
