We have a customer base that we know very well and our positive attitude reflects their interactions when performing their transactions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I get along with my team, but some of them I only have a cordial relationship with due to age difference and things we don't have in common.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The position of CRR should be paid higher due to the fact that we must perform both teller and banker positions. Juggling both positions can be very challenging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is concerned about me as an employee and also as a person. The leadership here wants to see to grow and develop into the best I can be.
