My office space and that I am able to adjust it to my needs. My boss is always there to help, but trusts me to get my job done.

I love having my own office space and interacting with my coworkers. I love that I have a job where I truly feel as if I am helping people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I had a very good review and the raise was very small. I believe employees should make more to keep up with the cost of living.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would prefer my hourly rate to be $25/hour or more. Raises while they are scheduled and regular do not make a huge difference in pay even when reviews are consistently good.
