We are a family. Even though we are miles apart, we are always working together and care about each other's well being as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is better at other banks for my position. Benefits are expensive and do not cover enough for the cost we pay. IE...no weight loss coverage AT ALL even when it is medically necessary to help eliminate other health conditions that are covered.
