I enjoy the work I do in the field of finance. I enjoy knowing I am helping people reach their goals. I enjoy the people I work with and the camaraderie.

I go above my role responsibilities; I have implemented procedures and processes that advance my department in efficiency; I have not been offered a promotion to a position that would utilize my skills to the fullest extent allowing me greater compensation and personal growth.
