What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At least in our group we are here to help people. Our group get's that down to the very last soul
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost and benefit of our health insurance are terrible in the market. Our pay is not keeping pace with our competition. While I love it here... it does make me think. Where I really see it though is in hiring. We are not able to attract great candidates
