I used to enjoy coming to work but that has changed since they have pushed unrealistic expectations and haven't given the means to meet them.

That there are new things happing and that can be learned everyday.

Most of them are easy to get along with, helpful and good people.

When I help a customer with a hard situation and we resolve it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have set up unrealistic expectations for a branch that isn't very busy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a number of good people and the people we call for help are great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it is a second stream of income for me. I am taking my SS also.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because unrealistic goals are set for out branch. I moved and I am about 45 min from my branch, and I have been passed over twice for closer branches.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am new to FMB but am very impressed with how professional and friendly everyone I have met has been. All the people in my banking center are always willing to help. I am excited about my future with the company.
