Systems need to be updated, Policies need to be reviewed to eliminate barriers. Benefits, salary, job descriptions, FTE need to be adjusted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are chasing a stock price. We need to invest in updating bank systems, benefits and job descriptions to have a positive culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance options. It's too expensive. I'm not meeting with a health coach (stranger) to discuss my medical options while signing a HIPAA release.

Insurance is too expensive. We shouldn't have to speak to a stranger health coach to get a discount on insurance. I am not signing a HIPAA release to get a discount.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance premiums are too high. I should not have to talk to a stranger health coach to be able to get a discount. I also should not have to pay top premiums to have a family plan if my spouse has insurance elsewhere.
