This is my first week, so I do not have as much feedback yet. But so far, my experience has been a positive one.

The positive and cheerful attitudes everyone brings to work. There are so many genuinely happy people who love what they do, and smiles are contagious.

The company puts emphasis on treating everyone fairly and with respect. The culture absolutely follows this and so far, everyone I have interacted with has been pleasant and kind.

They offer and encourage development through multiple online learning platforms, and highly encourage everyone to connect with at least one employee resource group. They invest a lot in these resource groups, which help drive further the bank's values and our sense of belonging as employees.

Everyone is professional and treats others with respect and dignity. Steph Madison does a phenomenal job at leading the DEI group and initiatives that help keep us focused on caring about others even if we are different from each other and seeing diversity as a positive thing. Thank you, Steph.
