I like our company some things seem off to me. I would like to move forward with my career at FMB but have been told I am not ready for a CRR position. So I will wait it out or gain more skills and start looking into other employment

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like i have done a lot of driving for nothing, also my benefits dont work. i went to pick up an RX from the drug store and was told my insurance has been cancelled. that was super nice. and yet another thing i need to work out. the system is failed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont know many of them. Mostly i am disappointed with the changes to my schedule and the fact that when i was hired as a reserve i covered branches closer to home now I am traveling all across the fort wayne region and dont seem to qualify for drive time. because of the changes to our regions.
