What are some of the best things about your team?
My home branch is so welcoming and helpful. There's never a dumb question asked, and everyone is so willing to help each other. They're why I don't dread going to work each day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most branches that I have been to have been understaffed, resulting in overtime. Instead of providing more people to help, we get reprimanded for overtime that we were basically forced to do in order to close the banking center. Pay should increase as cost of living goes up. Kudos don't pay bills
