Nothing would make me feel better about my compensation at this point in time. I would appreciate more compensation for the work I do.

I feel that people that coming in getting a higher compensation when they do not have the experience because it matches the market, but employees that have been here are not getting the same match to match the market is one of the main reasons I feel undervalued. I
