First Merchants is a Great place to work. They care about the employees and make everything here easy to work with. Love my co-workers and enjoy seeing them everyday. We all help each other at our branch to help the customer at ease with there accounts.

Better pay because of the inflation in the world. Benefits could be better. Too high deductibles for insurance.

Seeing my co-workers and my customers and to see what I can help with them on day to day.

We have each others back and we teach each other skills we may not know or need to be trained on.

with inflation going on rate and prices have gone up. Need money to survive and people are still stuggling on surviving

First Merchants is the most low paying job in the banking business. The Economy is changing and everything is more expensive . First Merchants need to keep up with the change for employees to live.
