We are a Team. People enjoy being around each other.

We have good people on the Team that enjoy being around each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need a better bonus plan and review of our Salaries. We are not in market for a lot of people. Company continues to do well but it does not feel like we are adequately compensated for our production.
