The programs we use are horrible, the policies outdated, the training nonexistent. Once you are working in your branch (as long as you get a good branch) than things are fine. It is very hard to adjust to systems that have as much human error as ours allow.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It is work,.. I do my job well, I get along with the people I work with. Then I go home and enjoy my life. I do not live to work, I work to live.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Raising pay, and bringing up opportunities that have become open.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together. Once our newest employee's are trained up we will work even better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing that we are paid less than our competitors is demoralizing. a higher wage would certainly help
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture can mean a lot of different things to different people. I do not see a workplace as having a culture, the environment I work in is good. We all get along well.

This questions assumes that I have a positive view on our culture,.. its fine. as far as environment goes, I like the bank center manager I believe she works hard and has a positive attitude.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not believe that work needs to be enjoyed,... its work. I do a great job but ask anyone if they would rather go to work or go on vacation with pay and then will pick vacation.

Nothing is wrong, I do not believe being excited is something that should be expect of going to work. I believe you should work hard and do a great job every day, but to say you should be excited about it,.. I mean its banking not play time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I do not know much about our leadership team leaders. I see them maybe once a quarter, they seem nice, but I have no idea what their job entails, so it is difficult for me to judge how well they do. That is why I gave an average score.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in banking since 2007 working as a universal banker. I do amazing work and have contributed to our branch getting #1 in the region all 4 quarters last year. I make 85% of the median for my position. With my experience and Job Performance I should be well over the median not under.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are fine, I neither hate or look forward to working with them. having a neutral option to these questions rather than all or nothing would be helpful for the future. most of my co workers are fine my boss is great. I just have one coworker who either complains or tells me to do her job
