Putting my personal issues aside, the company as a whole is a great company to work for. They care about their employees, and they take pride in providing the best care to their customers. I would recommend that anyone work here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are funny, they the best out of tough situations, and we usually have each others backs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There really aren't parts to it, I enjoy being compensated for the work that I do in my position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity and inclusion. They make women, different cultures, and the LGBTQ community feel welcomed. They also have a pretty decent program for individuals with disabilities/health issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand that we have a life outside of FMB. Life isn't just about work, you have to live outside of it too. I really enjoy that aspect of them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being productive and getting work completed that needs to to get done. I also enjoy helping others (not on the phone bc of my anxiety but over email or teams messaging).
