Overall great, it all comes down to your managers and I truly believe we have the best. they are willing to fight for us on making our jobs better. They also value a work life balance for us which is very important to me.

One of the things I like best about my direct manager is that she is always willing to fight for us and keeps us at the front of mind.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my job and the work I do. I also enjoy the flexibility it offers, even though it could be improved upon but we have made great strides over the last few years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that our direct managers should be able to have a much bigger say in our compensation than what they do. Our managers know us best, it's hard to really know a person and their work ethic based off simply metrics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We truly have the best team. We are all always willing to step in and help each other in any capacity. We are all willing to go the extra mile for our team. That all stems from our direct managers. The would do anything for any one of us and it shows in our team.
