Paid sick days, never use them but it is a nice option to have
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
With the addition of a sub-servicer for our loans, it is difficult to watch. If errors occur, we cannot quickly fix them ourselves. My teams work was 100% processing, but with DMI they are now auditing the vendor more. For many people this is a big change that is hard to swallow. I lost 3 FTEs.
