It has been wonderful, outside of my manager. He is noncommunicative. The others I have worked with are amazing.

When my manager is off, or calls off. Those days are the best and the easiest.

The most positive is that I work with a lot of people who hold the same values and mindset that I do.

Other than my manager, the company overall have done their best to assure me that I am valued as a client and a customer.

Being able to do my job to the best of my ability, and having an amazing team to help when and where it is needed.

Other than my manager, my team is amazing! They are happy to help when and where they can, no matter how silly my questions might seem.

I get along with most of my team very well, there are a few that I do not get along with personally, however that is to be expected because you can't always like everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the environment of my branch. I enjoy it more so when my manager is out of office, because when he is here there are many issues with communication. My assistant manager is the best!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. They are all knowledgeable in everything we do day to day, and they do not hesitate to help in any way they can, or find out the answer if they don't know it. Considering they all have more experience than I do, it is very helpful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone I am around likes working for First Merchants. A career where the rest of the team is miserable makes for a miserable work environment, but that is not how it is here. I enjoy coming to work, and I enjoy the people I work with.
