I don't really have an issue with executive management; however, the culture and goals are not being met. Most leadership do not put the time and effort into people as they do duties.

Honestly, the culture is advertised one way, but the reality of the culture is experienced opposite of advertised by many.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The goals and vision of what the exec team are providing is getting lost in translation by senior and middle management.
