The company is fine, just a lot going on and it is becoming bigger and bigger, so I am feeling a little left behind, especially in my department. I think first merchants gave me a good foundation with creating relationships, but I do not feel like I will work here in the next three/four years.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are fine, I just do not really like talking to people. This is more of a me issue but I wanted to answer honestly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I only work this job so I can get the reimbursement for school. School is what I look forward to the most. Per my last answer it is not that great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation packet is good as a single male health insurance is cheap. I think the tuition reimbursement is not great, but I feel like they just include it as a bonus instead of looking at the market on what is the average amount for graduate degree.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I literally cannot write all I want to say based on the max characters being 300. This is what I am most annoyed about with leadership, you ask for my opinion but do not give a good enough platform to let you know about my opinion. This is not only reflected in this survey but also technology.
