A little too focused on political issues and needs to focus more on what is happening inside the branches and bettering customer experience, especially with the mobile app. lots of complaints about the mobile app and I have to agree with the customers.

My SCRR is so funny and can make work fun, She is a wealth of knowledge and still makes you learn on your own.

We all have our individualities, and we are all still able to mesh well. Discuss our interests with each other and be able to ask questions without judgement
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
nothing in particular, just feel like the training was lacking in real in branch activity, customer complaints and how to handle them versus just giving training on a few teller transactions. Teller training should consist of how to do death reporting, fraud reporting, online banking ect
