the fact that I am doing what I love. in over 3 years of being employed by First Merchants, I can count on one hand the number of times I have woken up and didn't feel like working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know me by name and know what my personal goals are. I am able to send them a message or talk to them and don't feel them being condescending when I do unlike other places I have worked.
