I was mislead on incentive pay when I came to the company by the recruiting team. The hours have been a constant cut hours and not the 40 i was quoted when I accepted the job. The leadership was all about mentoring and bringing people along and its mainly felt like it is mainly a dump my crap work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the clerk, don't look for opportunities to expand relationships
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
lack of follow through, transparency at the local level, a lot of who you know not what you bring to the table
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
from a leadership standpoint something needs done to enliven the branch and the day to day functions. When employees have to go buy coffee pods, or hound leaders to make sure we are supplied with soap its a little ridiculous.
