I love working in the banking industry, I started here over a year ago and I really enjoy FMB overall core values. I have learned so much about the industry here, and how to process so many different challenges. I care a lot about the procedures and policies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay raises are very small. Prices go up outside but I make the same. New employees getting higher offers .

I love what I do. I enjoy the company of my coworkers and feel confident in my training so I can help customers the best I can.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they state they don't care all the time. Operational they don't do what they are supposed to do. We could work better if they put in effort and showed they actually care about the policies and procedures.
