Ive been bullied and discriminated against. My manager tries so hard to set me up to fail. My manager spreads rumors aboute me. I wish everyday that I would wake up from this nightmare.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop giving executives 18% raises and everyone else 2-3% raises with inflation at 8%. Our pay does not keep up with inflation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the abusive, discriminatory, and unethical culture. The has to be the worst place I have ever worked. Its a nightmare.
