When you are excellent at performing your role it goes unnoticed because that is the status quo for you. There is no inspection from leadership on people performing well. Ask yourself if you were to leave today would the company feel it? My answer is yes, and it is totally oblivious to leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Attitude, understanding, helpful, great problem solvers, results oriented, and curious.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping people solve problems or providing someone with a service that they can't get from anywhere else in the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think their focus on commercial over mortgage and other banking services is a smart business decision with a much lower risk to the stability of the company as a whole which should be good for the welfare of customers and employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people we work with are the most positive things. I'm not entirely sure what the culture is. I would say the environment has gotten progressively better over the years, I don't believe that is much of a focus at the company though.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not even at the 25th percentile of pay for my particular position. I've demonstrated my value with metrics that are overlook or just plain ignored by anyone besides my manager who's has tried to help but the next level up is ignored. Not paid for being on call 24/7. 300charactersisntenoughtoexplain
