After working my entire career in the banking industry and for numerous companies, I finally feel at home. The company lives the values and the leadership is trustworthy.

It would be great if leadership was more open to ways to improve the employee experience and engagement as it is critical for FMB's success and growth and to maintain our culture. Happy employees = happy customers. The data is clear on this correlation.

Bonus amounts could be better. However, that is tricky because it is dependent on business revenue.

Higher compensation based on the actual responsibilities that I have rather than what I was hired for.

I really value my boss. He is outstanding at his job and a good human being. I enjoy learning from him.

The employees are friendly, and it is easy to get things done because there is not a lot of bureaucratic red tape. Leadership is accessible.

The people and culture. I feel like I own a piece of the company so therefore want to do what I can to preserve costs and make it a better place.

I have only been here a couple of months, but I feel like I have known my coworkers for year, in a good way. They are all easy to get along with and helpful.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coming in new to the bank, I felt like an outsider and still do. Coworkers are friendly enough but are dismissive to new ideas and ways of thinking because that isn't "how we do things at FMB". External experience isn't valued.
