I really feel like FMB doesn't understand the matrix of our branch office. We work at one of wealthiest branches and our clients don't want to wait! They just want us to do whatever they want at a fast pace!

Upon the conversion we had so much to encounter that I'm just after a year and a half feeling more confident. Jan Fosnaugh told me that I can do this job, she is a good motivator.

With most banks people gravitate towards the people that are of the same culture. This makes our office pretty much diversified.

Our manager has been on sick leave for a long time. Our upper management has sent us help which is appreciated. Not an easy task when we are so short staffed.

With FMB I understand the high standards that are set for us. But we have so many departments implementing new things at the same time! So, we are very challenged when implementation goes forth.
