More pay. You start new employee out making as much as employee that have been here for years. Same as vacation time

We should be paid more. We are paid a lot less than other banks. You hire in new people making the same or more than us being here for years.

To be paid more. I have been here almost 5 years and new hires make almost as much as I do. You up pay for new hires but you don't bump up employee that are all ready here. Also vault tellers should be paid more than an reg. SA
