What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we all get along for the most part in our branch and almost everyone is on the same page.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do loans, open accounts and do basically every task the bank offers other that business loans and I am being paid basically the same hourly wage as new employees, part time employees and reserves that have the exact same title as me. And these specific employees have much less on their plates.
