That there are many groups that try to get you involved.

Address benefits and inflation. Thats how I know you care. Not by getting us "pizza" or something.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am able to use my skills and knowledge to help clients and that I am not micromanaged.

I dont really have a best part. I am paid to do a job. There is no "best part" to that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Benefits, pay. It seems the Executive team is like other executive teams. Large salaries, bonuses, offloading costs to employees. Very discouraging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they try to reach out to the workers. They try to set up the company to be both profitable and give us something. I know its a hard balancing act but I appreciate them trying.
