Better communication, collaboration, grit, experience, shared responsibility, less organizational changes we move teams together then apart before teams can adjust or develop
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the pay was based on proven experience, knowledge and dedication. Not based on the job description because the job description is the same across teams that have totally different responsibilities.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many projects/task and not enough employees to get the work done. Teams are working 50-60 hours a week. EMT wants changes without requirements documented, process reviews or discussions with SMEs to discuss possible solutions. Too many meetings. Unhappy employees stressing over the workload.
