I think our health insurance needs to better it makes me struggle often with my pay and the high deductible with the insurance

pay and how some departments, coworkers don't have to pay to wear jeans and they get to work from home, and I feel they forget we have to come in they kind of joke about it but it not funny. I think all employes should have to come in
