It is good, I have moved from being a teller to a worker at the DDC and I like it better here at the DDC so moving here with my managers helping was nice.

My Coworkers are what make me happy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have done better at communication and letting us know what is going on
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together very well, we are a solid team and do great getting everything done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should listen to the Tellers more, a lot of what they input does not work well for us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel the Quarterly payout could be more since tellers possibly get more. But my hourly pay is sufficient right now and I like our dental
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together and try to get our branches goals met. We get along well and have the same views about the company as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work together and our direct manager sticks up for his team, we all are very big on helping each other and making sure to take care of things in a timely manner
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I get burnt out a lot because of the repetition and how hard I have to struggle to meet the goals the company sets, because we get mostly the same people coming in to my branch and it is hard to recommend the same products to the same people all the time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are one of the lowest paid banks in Indiana, as well as the insurances we have are not very good at all. Our incentive pay for tellers is miniscule for the amount of work we have to put in. Given the economy and prices right now the pay tellers get is barely enough to live on.
