I enjoy working with my team and I like the fact that I am doing something different every day.

The executive team knows they have faults like any of us and they are working to improve themselves for the best of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to extend a helping hand and our executive leadership is always present. I have seen executive leadership from this company more than my 13 years of executives at 3 different companies in the first 4 months. That is REMARKABLE.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only issue I have with my compensation is the bonus structure. There are some metrics we are measured on like, CPM, that we can't even explain. I don't think we should lose out on compensation when something is too complicated to even figure out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about your leadership team is their ability to inspire and empower others. They have a unique way of bringing out the best in their team members and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Their strong communication skills and strategic thinking are also commendable
