I am still within my 90 days but it's been an enjoyable experience while I learn and everyone is encouraging.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been bullied at work for things that I have no control over and promised by management several times that they would watch the DE&I training to improve how they interact with individuals with mental health issues and instead it never happens, and the behavior continues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I cannot think of anything right now.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Haven't used it yet so I'm not sure.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less political talk in the workplace.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers to be comfortable in their banking experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all share information and support each other as we learn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$2 raise so that I can stop living paycheck to paycheck.

Everyone is supportive of each other and you get to see the different learning styles of those around you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Following through with the plan created to help resolve issues when it is brought to them. No more empty promises.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Kim, Cassie, and Tana are always there to help and explain any information. They are also great at checking in and making sure that you feel supported in your role.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers should not be gossiping with those directly under them. It creates tension in the workplace and causes unnecessary drama. We work in a professional environment, and it should be treated as such.
