I have been with the company for just under 4 years, I have moved up two times in that time starting as a SA going into a CRR and now a CRB I love that there is room to continue growing as well, I feel I work for a company that vaules their employees and the lives of thier employees outside of work
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance, paid sick time for DR appotinements
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do, I love working with customers and helping them with their goals. I have great co-workers so I enjoy the people I work with on the daily basis as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel at our brank the managers strive for building each other up and helping each other, they set a great example of that daily in everything they do. I feel that First Merchants cares about their emplyees and the importanance of family
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have found that they are always trying to help and coach in moving up in the company and with building strenth and knowlege for every posistion to make a stronger team and to be able to serve our customers even better as a team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel very blessed with my team not only in working together at work to help build each other up and helping teach each other things to help us all be better at our jobs. I feel like we are truely a family here and I have been lucky to have my team this pasy year through some difficult times.
