It fine...just a job now, there's nothing to look forward to in the day. The new bonus structure is almost impossible to achieve.

I really haven't experienced culture from the rest of the company only our small town branch.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I work here because my commute is 5 minutes. I had to choose between good pay and a long drive. With such low pay if feels we are not valued.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
After the recent raise it was made clear the 3 years I've worked with this company have ment little. Although I appreciate getting closer to competitive wages, I find it insulting to make the same as someone just starting.
