I have had a goal for my salary since Level One Bank and we have not gotten there yet.

I think my compensation expectations are higher than FMB is able to provide. I feel valued, just wish I made my goal wage.

I think more could be done to support us with Healthcare. The money we spend on these coaches and other items should be spent to lower our monthly costs for healthcare.
