Increasing frustrating in getting things accomplished, while increasingly demanding on how I'm asked to perform.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Regular communication from varied individuals on the sr. mgmt. team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Show up to work, be in the office, answer your phone, make fewer errors.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Be more responsive. The standard response currently is fill out a case ticket.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Rate of increase over the past several years has been below the rate of inflation.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More engagement within a working team, improve team building activities offsite (during normal working hours).

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

too much turnover, customer facing staff is not knowledgeable on products and services, not enough back-office support.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

COME TO WORK! Hard to collaborate when half of the staff is working from home. Shut off your email and pick up the phone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Annual pay adjustments way below the inflation rate, Commercial incentive plan is complicated and minimal in payout, 401K match and health insurance cost to employee is below average for company size.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better hiring on front line, customer facing staff. The quality of that group has declined. They don't care. Support staff needs to spend most of their time at work not at home.
