I feel like the company does not want to put the money into making the centers more with the times. Some branches do not have working equipment to better serve their customers. We waste so much money on printing so many different forms that should be able to be auto archived with a single button.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I feel like I am micromanaged I cannot do my job without having another person approve it. I feel like I am not trusted by the company to preform my position on a daily basis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
What compensation package, I didn't know we had one.

My team makes the day so much better we laugh, cry, and get along so well together.

Our team encourages each other from conversations had with customers to what we need to get done to hit goals.

My customers, I love working, talking and interacting with them. I love the feeling of helping them with their ever-changing lives.

My team works very hard at meeting their goals they are great with greeting the customers and carrying on conversations with everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the front line does not get the recognition they deserve, we are the face of the bank but feel as though we are expendable for any given reason at any given time. We are talked down to by other departments.
