It started out pretty good but after switching branches a year ago and getting a new manager things have gone downhill.

That we can talk casually without any problems

Constantly pushing sales goals and then up our goals unnecessarily.

When I can genuinely help a customer and cheer up there day.

Talking with a friendly customer and helping them so that they leave happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of PTO and Sick time and the fact that some of the PTO can be rolled over.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers, except the manager, make it a positive and fun place just barely making it barrable with everything the manager does to make the environment toxic.
