Overall, very satisfied. At times when dealing with other departments it doesn't feel like we are working toward a common goal at the same company. Non-customer facing departments are quick to say "no" when they can hide behind a telephone or computer.

FMB has created a culture of diversity and inclusion. Though banking is a professional environment, FMB is striving to find a comfortable balance between being your genuine self as well as keeping the professional balance. We are encouraged to volunteer in the community we serve.

Collaborate professionally with others not one sided. Not only have a growth mindset, but a growth heart set as well. Departments are like little nations who can't seem to get along or understand the inner workings of area and understand the differences, giving each other grace.
