I used to love my job and thought I was good at it. Poor Management can make a huge impact on your morale and overal health mentally and now even physically. I wanted to retire with this company. Its hard to believe no help was offered when we seek support for uf fair treatment

Treating employees like people not a process

That you can be considered and valued more then what a system is saying to do

listen more to the employees when they reach out to HR and seek help for the misconduct from management
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think there is alot of good things happening in data centers and upper management but the branches are treated very different and beneeth the rest. Sadly so because we are first point and impression for the public
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they feel the same as I do .. The enviroment were in is so micro managed to such a degree that there is no morale left in us to feel better together. Everyone feels constantly threatend by their job
